Grady' combines a palette of rainbow transparent vinyl triangles dance across the glass surface of the Jubilee Plaza’s glass prisms. The colour palette references the iconic multicoloured Rainbow Pride Flag which reflects the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community. The joyful use of colour celebrates every queer identifying individual to align a sense of collective belonging. The coloured shapes interlock and follow the structure of the glass panes to create direction arrows leading their viewers to the central entrance.

From outside, the glowing shapes add vibrance to the area in contrast to the contemporary architecture of Canary Wharf. During spring and summer they will also pinpoint the colours of the flora and fauna in the surrounding park. The artwork is a site-responsive installation, changing with the light of day and exploring the relationships between architecture, installation art and decoration.

Kaleidoscopic Prisms was created for PRIDE and Summer Lights Festival at  Jubilee Place, Canary Wharf, London.
